Right of withdrawal

Your right to withdraw
If you buy a paid plan as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. These rules come from Cyprus consumer law (Law 112(I)/2021) and apply to consumers only.
How to withdraw
To exercise the right, tell us clearly that you withdraw, for example by email or by post, using the details below. You may use the model withdrawal form on this page, but you do not have to. You are in time if you send your notice before the 14 days have passed.

What happens if you withdraw
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we learn of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to what has been provided until you told us about your withdrawal, and we refund the rest. Before any payment we will ask for that request, and for your acknowledgement of this effect, in two separate unticked boxes.
